We understand the unique nature of each wedding, therefore the menus listed within the brochure are merely suggestions and can be altered to your liking. Therefore, should you wish to select different dishes from different menus and create your own this can certainly be arranged. Should you wish to offer your guests choices for courses this can also be arranged. Chef is also able to accommodate guest dietary requirements and allergies. This is also the case for our drinks packages, these can be amended to your personal taste.
